Chris Colmer's ProStar Football Camp

The Chris Colmer's PRO-STAR Football Camp has been established to provide expert instruction in the basic skills and fundamentals of football for boys who will be in grades 7 through 12 during the summer of 2008. This instruction will take place in the classroom and on the field. There will be early morning, midday, and afternoon sessions where fundamentals are stressed.
Highlights of the camp include:
- Expert instruction on fundamental and advanced skills at all positions.
- Film studies and breakdowns of Pro and College level footage.
- Methods of improving strength, conditioning and speed with renowned expert Gregg Peters.
